As an Architectural firm, design and functionality are part of our core skill set – but the question of how to implement building code, material choices and environmental systems into the creative design is the real challenge. Our most successful projects flourish as we guide your team through the entire process and form a true partnership with our clients.

Introductory Meeting

Planning your space is specific to your company’s needs. Let NLSA guide you throughout the process. From the initial meeting through the final opening, NLSA will work with you to assess and redefine your project needs.

Team

Gathering the right team is critical to any project. NLSA has diverse experience in introducing new allied professionals and vendors to you, as well and the flexibility to work with those valued collaborators you already have in place.

Planning

Planning for success is essential in any project. NLSA will work with you and your team to assess the goals of your project. From programming through space planning the valued assets, NLSA will contribute our architectural expertise and input so that your vision is not lost.

Design

Design is not only about the finishes and layout of your space. Design also encompasses how to choose those items and the technical skills required to bring your vision to life. Working with your team, NLSA will develop the package required to execute your project.

Execution

After a package is ready, NLSA will lead the effort to obtain pricing and guide the client on assigning a contractor. Through permitting and construction, NLSA will be there to drive the project meetings and meet the client’s budgetary and time specifications.

Follow Up

Once a project is complete, it is essential that NLSA stay involved to insure all the fine tuning is completed to your satisfaction. As a Designer / Architect / Project Manager, we strive to ensure your satisfaction and act as your advocate.
