How to solve the problem of an awkward space around an elevator shaft?

This was the issue that Natasha faced with this project. The client wanted to create a Pre-built Office that provided high-end design features and large spaces in this Class A Office building.

Design
Working with one of our allied partners and the Client’s Project Management team, Natasha created a warm and sophisticated space. Black accents and warm materials provided a balance in design.

With a view of the iconic Time Square New Year’s ball, glass office fronts maintained light and view transmission.

Project Management
Working with a Class A team requires response to challenges in a thoughtful and professional manner. This project was constructed with another space that had a different design language. Natasha worked directly with the contractor so that the Client’s needs were met during a challenging time (the pandemic) of material acquisitions.
