NLSA provided turn-key modifications to meet the specific needs of a new Tenant. As Natasha had already worked on this space as a Pre-built for the Owner, NLSA was chosen for the alterations. Once the space was leased to the new tenant (Vault Insurance), NLSA integrated specific tenant requirements into the space.
Design
The changes to the design included adding additional private spaces and providing visual and physical breaks within the space. A “jewel box” conference room was added to break off the elevators from the main office area.
The initial design goal was to provide an open office area with clean ceilings and black accents. Even with dividing off the pantry and adding more private space, this open floor plan was maintained in the renovation.
Project Management
Renovating an existing space always has its own unique challenges. From matching existing finishes to coordinating with budget and time frame, NLSA was an active part of the team in problem solving.
