How to solve the problem of an awkward space around an elevator shaft? This was the problem NLS Architect faced with this project. The client wanted to create a Pre-built Office that provided high-end design features and large spaces in this Class A Office building.

Design
Working with one of our allied partners and the Clients Project Management team NLS Architect created a warm and sophisticated space. Black accents and warm materials provided a balance within the space. With a view of the iconic Time Square New years Ball glass office fronts maintained light and view transmission.

Project Management
Working with a Class A team requires being able to respond to challenges in a thoughtful and professional manner. This project was constructed with another space that had a different design language. NLS Architect worked with the contractor so that the Client’s needs were met during a challenging time with material acquisitions.
