This project comes in Two Phases:
Phase 1: A Pre-built Office that the Owner planned to utilize as a marketing tool for future available spaces. With open ceilings, refurbished restrooms and seaeled concrete floors this space epitomizes the modern open office.
Phase 2: Turn-key modifications to meet the specific needs of the Tenant. This phase included adding additional private spaces and providing visual and physical breaks within the space.
#1 –
Before there was a tenant the design goal was to provide an open Office area with clean ceilings and black accents.
After there was an end user the Pantry was closed off and additional enclosed spaces were added.
#2 –
Before the addition of a “jewel box” conference room the elvators opened directly onto the main office area.
After the addition of the conference space there was a division from the Entry off the elevators to the main Office space.
#3 –
Before the Pantry was separated the tile flooring floated within the open area.
After the division was provide the tile floor became a transition point.
#4
Before the space was one open space with many possibilities
After, with the vision of the new tenant, there were visual breaks between the work area and private spaces.
